As a dedicated therapist, I believe healing begins in our relationships—with others and within ourselves. Whether it's supporting a child through anxiety, helping a family strengthen their bond, or guiding individuals toward deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk beside you with empathy, clarity, and care.
With a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor's in Psychology, I’ve worked across settings that shape emotional growth. My experience as a therapist in elementary schools has deepened my passion for helping children navigate emotional regulation, grief, anxiety, and identity development. Working closely with students, teachers, and families has shown me just how resilient children are when they feel safe, seen, and supported.
In my private practice, I carry that same belief: that relationships are the foundation of healing. I support children, teens, individuals, couples, and families in understanding the patterns that keep them stuck and cultivating the connection that leads to meaningful change.
I don’t offer quick fixes—I offer a space for reflection, vulnerability, and growth. My role is to listen deeply, honor your experiences, and walk with you as you rediscover the strength that’s already inside.
So, welcome. Whether you're a parent looking for support for your child, or someone seeking healing for yourself, I invite you to begin this journey with me. Let’s grow forward—together.
With gratitude,
Alyssa
